Got an appointment?

If there are questionnaires required for your child's appointment, these will come as a separate email and must be completed one week prior to your appointment. If not, your appointment will be cancelled and rebooked.

Virtual appointment

1. We will send you a link and a code ONLY 5 minutes before your appointment time.

2. You have to click the link and write the code down.

3. That’s it! You will be connected to your Doctor.
· You do NOT need to download any app to your phone.

· The appointment is NOT over Zoom.

· It works with your phone or computer as long as you have internet connection.

· If possible, your child should attend the appointment. However, it is acceptable if it is difficult for a child to attend.

In Person

1. Please come to our clinic. We are located at 2802 34th Street. Vernon, BC V1T 5X1.
2. Please send us a text message to our clinic number (250) 277-4881 when you arrive at the building.
3. Please wait in your car.
4. We will send you a text back when you can proceed to the entrance of the building.
5. Due to COVID19, only one guardian is permitted to attend your child's appointment and use of personal masks are MANDATORY.

Phone Call

1. Your doctor will give you a call to the primary cell phone number on file. If you need to change it, please send us a text at (250) 277-4881 with the patient's name and the new phone number you want us to use.
